I agree with @BuckWildOffRoad above.

I’m not 100% sold until I see real-life photos and fitment. $7k is definitely a bit more than I want to spend. Looking forward to MOD reveal and will see where things stand before next winter. I still have my resy in code 99.

At this rate I’m investing in a roof rack that works with both hard and soft top for this summer. I’ll take it from there.

Payment plan would be clutch. Roofnest works with Bread and splits it up over 12 months - no interest.

Well, that price is the offset of the soft top. It's like the engine 2.7lts. It's not like you will be buying a. 2.7 from service department for $1.8k.

I guess we still need to wait what price Ford will be offering for the MIC as an accesory.
But for those of us that took delivery of a soft top which we were getting anyway, the cost difference of modular painted Ford top itself was $1795. That is where Ford needs to be, must be, for a wholegoods order, when and if available.

Gi back and pull-out your order from March 2011, and then compare msrp to what you got, of course accounting for separate roof related items that "had" to be removed from order. (I would have gladly paid for the roof racks to have been shipped inside the Bronco and I would figure out how to attach the back)

Sorry, but I am out on this deal, too rich for my blood. 50" snow (half of annual average) and I am doing just fine. I'll save up fir a proper sottop compatible roof rack instead

A thing to add after having read the first few pages... a lot of you keep saying that ADV is "first to market".

How do you know that?
They haven't even shown us a finished prototype yet.
Availability hasn't been announced yet.

Announcing a "starting" price and accepting orders isn't "first to market", IMO.

Let's see who actually gets products shipped to their customers and then give out the trophy.

They can rightly claim first with a firm retail F.O.B. price. Patriot has only given a range.

All the people that had the coins to jump on a Bronco @ $5K/$15K over MSRP probably got the coins to do the hard top after the fact.! 😀

I’d say with this pricing ADV easily took 50% of the buyers off the table and in reality it may be closer to 75%. But if ADV is a smaller operation maybe they can only produce a relatively low number of hard tops anyway.

Pass. Appreciate the effort, but pricing reflects a money grab market. I wish they would have looked at longer term pricing strategy than short term. Simply my .02.

Ford Bronco ADV Bronco Hardtop Pricing ANNOUNCED 200

Sadly... As I wanted to be in so badly as this looks like a good product but definitely going to be a couple thousand over what I'm willing to pay when its all said and done as I'm sick of overpaying as is everybody else for everything these days :ROFLMAO: hopefully ADV takes notes from this forum and this release and see's customers do not really appreciate the stringing along release just to lead to a product that is just not do-able for majority of bronco owners.

The mod top will not be delivered painted, dealer will need to do that.
Ordered from the parts department, when available, the modular top maybe unpainted.

As part of a new Bronco factory order, in MY23 (as planned, if no delays) you can order as follows (unless Ford changes this from the original plan):
Ford Bronco ADV Bronco Hardtop Pricing ANNOUNCED 1644324694424

More on the Ford Modular Hardtop:

“Bronco Dealer Playbook” describes MIC and MOD (Modular) top differences. Shows larger “Gunner’s Hatch” and confirms removable rear windows.

Modular Hardtop difference explained...

I'm sure this is wishful thinking but whenever @Ford Motor Company is able to alleviate their mic top production problems...it would be nice to offer a hard top discount to Bronco owners who ordered soft tops because of constraints.
They will, but it will be in the form of a trade-in discount on your moar door softie to order a Bronco with HT from the factory.

Anything over $3500 for a hardtop doesn't make sense to me. I am going to wait this one out for a while.

My eyes see something and it looks good. What does whether it has been fitted yet, or even going to work have to do with how it looks? Serious question.
The MIC top looked good in CGI as well, just saying...
