Think I may have to get a rental car for a month or so as I am getting the boot from borrowing company van at the end of the week. Tracker has not updated since 9/8 .

I am really at a cross road here.. I would like to have the big bend on order but am in need of a car, and wished it had the 12" screen option at the time of ordering. *sigh Wondering if my23 will roll over to my24 since the strike has put everything on pause but heard that once you have a VIN it will not be rolled over.

Curious as to what your thoughts are. Should I forfeit my 23 build and put in an order for my24 and get a beater car in hopes that it doesn't break down prior to getting a my24?

or..

Rent a car for 2 months max in hopes for the my23 to show up?

Id rent but thats me.

everything will be set back once they get back working. At least yours will be one of the first to finish off the line.

but maybe your 2 month timeframe might be overly optimistic

I'd get a cheap car to hold you over a few months. See if you can put an order in for MY24 without a deposit. If it gets scheduled soon I'd wait for that. If not keep your MY23.

My dealer just said they're staging finished broncos off site so the truckers can still pick them up and not cross the picket lines.

Whelp, my OBX was "shipped" on 10/05 with an estimated delivery between 10/15 and 10/28 as of yesterday. Now suddenly this morning the date changed to 11/4 to 11/17. Is it common for the date to change that drastically?

Ford told me a couple of days ago that mine was at a "rail junction yard" and that delivery to dealer would be sometime next week. We'll see. I'm actually playing registration roulette right now. My F-150 that I'm trading in has expired registration since Oct. 1.

Just found out my Bronco has been sitting in a damn "Distribution lot" in Tampa, which is only 45 mins north of me, for the last TWO WEEKS. Hello, Ford? This is some real fuckery.

Mine has been built since 9/17 and has been sitting in New Boston Mi. for over a month. I know it’s alive, saw tire pressures, 18.6mi to empty and 5.6mi on the odometer. Very frustrating! Badlands SAS

Modules have been turned on today and have tear tag.
My dealer told me that they would be updating me on when more information was available.

Congrats @MoPony64 . Seems like they are getting right on top of yours post strike. I've heard the line is only running about 3% of capacity so maybe you're very lucky.

Thank you @swamp2 . I called Ford Marketing today and they told me that I was built and was being prepped for shipment. ETA Nov. 11th - 17th.

Decided to buy a transitional car and placed an order for a MY24. I still have the MY23 sitting in production so I will keep you all posted on that. Cheers to UAW and Ford for reaching a deal, me saving more for the 24, and everyone getting their bronco sooner than later!

no movement yet...no modules active so must be either on the line or stopped in final assembly. Interesting that others made it out of the plant. see what happens from this point

11/4/2023

checked this morning and the BCM modules are active. Tracker updated to show updated 11/03/2023 still in production. Checked window sticker and some of the orginal numbers and dates changed. Blend date still 09/15/2023. Rotation number stayed the same but place in line is different many more units scheduled to be built than previous window sticker. Hopefully get tear tag soon and shipping update.
