Hello, so a few months ago I came across a thread on if it were possible to swap from an 8" to 12" display on a 6g Ford Bronco. All credit to Schwaggle whom motivated me to try it. I have to say it was a success on my 2022 big bend bronco
However one thing I have not been able to fix is my on screen volume control. It always reads 0 when turning with knob. Wondering if anyone has a forscan setting that would resolve this? I'd greatly appreciate any and all help with this.

On my stock screen, the volume level takes a good 3 full seconds to show up initially, so... play it by ear? 😂

Sorry, I don't have the answer, but got pics?

Volume works fine. But it will not register the digits. Just zero see pic.

It was fairly easy once you have all the components. I really am enjoying the larger display. Just that one issue with volume increase and decrease not displaying. Other then that great investment in my opinion.

What was your approximate final cost for the upgrade? I'd like to step up to the 12" screen too.

I bought everything off of a wrecked badlands. Paid 1200 for the dash, apim, 12" screen along with all the heated vinyl seats, and b&o sub box and amp. Got lucky, however I have been composing a list together off of ebay parts and so far apim about 300, 12" screen about 200, 4 pin 12volt plug about 30 bucks, dash about 500. Not sure if cheaper through Ford. Haven't checked there.

Who's buying a 65" TV? To each there own brother.
The point is it’s kind of ridiculous the cost to go up 4” of screen size considering what that technology actually costs nowadays… that being said, also not above doing the mod myself at some point lol
