8/2 Bronco Scheduling Cancelled - Again!

Ford needs to fire their planners. This isn’t even funny anymore it’s just bad. I’m a manufacturing engineer, and I was in production control for a different major automaker. I was heavily involved in the launch of a totally new platform and understand the complexities involved with it. I understand delays, but this is like not a single person in the entire supply chain did any due diligence at all.

Where did they get their data for forecasting?

From a bunch of 25 year olds with rubber-stamped MBAs that have no actual experience doing anything, and no clue how things work in the real world. If the problem doesn't fall within the strict criteria of some ridiculous hypothetical situation they read in one of their textbooks they are completely lost.

I apologize for the rant, but this is literally who all these companies are hiring these days and it's driving me insane.

In reading a few of the reviews/conversations about Maverick, it sounds like that truck is a hot mess of short-cuts and a cheap vehicle made cheaply......

Those expecting the fit and finish of a $40,000 will be in for a shock, it's a $20,000 truck built to that price point, regardless of how you tart it up with options.

Just like we expect for the fit and finish of the MIC top on a $50k+ vehicle...?
