6/20/22 Build Week Group

Not one email. Never got an order confirmation email. No scheduling. Nothing. They said my email is in the system. They had me change to another email and sent me an email to confirm it worked. BUT your stuff and my stuff has been lining up pretty much the same and I haven’t received anything. My pizza tracker has shown built since the 27th so I thought maybe I missed the “built” email. Really was hoping to have it all squared away so I don’t miss my “baby pic”.. oh well.

I know the baby picture is an emailed link, if/when I get the email for that, I'll let you know so maybe Ford CS can give you the link address.

I got my built email forwarded to me from my salesman at the dealership, since I haven't received anything from Ford ever....it was awaiting shipment....now it appears it is back 'in production' status. Any ideas as to why that would be the case. I have modules popped, tear tag, it just seems odd that it went back a step in its status.

I’ve seen that that’s happened to some other folks on here. If I remember correctly it’s just fords system being goofy. I don’t think it’s anything to worry about.

Just got a call from my dealer that my Bronco is delivered! Helps living 2 hours away from MAP I guess. Been a long wait. Hoping to see others start to see some deliveries!

For reference, I talked to Ford Chat yesterday and they said delivery would be 7/3, which didn't make much sense to me but I think what they do is just take the last day of your estimated range if you got one and give you that date to under promise basically. My original delivery range was 6/27 - 7/3 and it arrived today on 6/29.

Just checked the whereabouts of my Bronco with NS Norfolk Southern (Rail) automated teller. It said actual placement of the car is in Missouri. It's almost home already!!! It shipped last weekend from MAP. Time to get my financing in order.

For me, it was in my built / estimated delivery date email. A link for the pic plus a link for a short production video. Subject line might have been "here's a look at your Bronco." But not sure. At work now-kinda the Twilight Zone today.

Modules popped the 22nd, got a deliver estimate of mid July on Sunday 6/26, and it showed up at the dealer Monday. In our driveway home last night. Funny part was the assembly line pic came as we were signing paperwork.

I also gained a whole new appreciation for my companies help and customer service lines. Took us several hours and a bunch of run around to get the confirmation for the dealer on how the price protection worked. In the end we got our MSRP price we had agreed on, so I was happy, but what a shit show for the dealer. But for a first time @Ford Motor Company customer, it didn't instill a whole lot of confidence. Keep my fingers crossed I never have any issues and have to deal with them.
