It sounds as if everyone else build is moving forward, while mine is going backwards. No help from dealer, chat, or customer service line. Any ideas?

Welllll just checked my status of my rail car and it was "bad ordered" somewhere in Kentucky on the way to Louisville. Apparently this means that something is wrong with the car and it's out of commission until it can be fixed. Yay.

I'm wondering why some people get the emails and some do not. I have never received a build email even though I have a VIN, Window sticker, blend date of 6/17, and an "In Production" status.

My dealer called and doesn't have any more of a clue than I do and the Ford chat line doesn't have any more information either. So frustrating.
