6/22 blend. Still says in production but Ford says it is built and will be delivered July 21. I have received zero email updates.

When did you get your “built” email? I have never once received and email from Ford and I spent some time on customer service yesterday trying to figure out why. They seem to think things have been sorted out, but I have my doubts.

Mine came in at 3:00 this morning. Did you get a scheduled email back in April?

I have never once received any email from Ford, from the order process until now....nothing. I have reached out to my dealer multiple times, Ford chat multiple times, called Ford customer service multiple times.....nobody has a clue how to fix it.

Not one email. Never got an order confirmation email. No scheduling. Nothing. They said my email is in the system. They had me change to another email and sent me an email to confirm it worked. BUT your stuff and my stuff has been lining up pretty much the same and I haven’t received anything. My pizza tracker has shown built since the 27th so I thought maybe I missed the “built” email. Really was hoping to have it all squared away so I don’t miss my “baby pic”.. oh well.

That’s so crazy to me. They can’t expect everyone to be on these forums and know how to track all this stuff. Just another example of how Ford handles things.
