So how are you getting rail information? I've asked my dealership and I've called Ford and no one seems to know what I'm talking about. Today the dealership tells me it's still at MAP sitting on a ramp to be loaded. So I guess I just have to wait to see when it shows up within the next 4 weeks. Ugh! This wait is going to kill me...

I called the Ford customer service line and they provided me with my rail car number. When you have that, you can call the railroad (I believe they all start out on CSX) and track your rail car through an automated system. There are specific instructions on exactly how to do this under "Here are the Bronco tracking links" under "Order, Pricing, Production, Tracking, Delivery". I would assume you won't have a rail car number until it ships though.

I guess I got the wrong guy at Ford Customer Service. I did ask. He wasn't able to help me. Yet, he did give me a code to give my dealer for $250 off my invoice as long as I gave it to them before the vehicle arrived. Seems strange. I'll call my dealer tomorrow and see if that's legit or not.

If I’m not mistaken your dealer will also have your rail car number when it’s shipped so wouldn’t hurt to check with them as well.

Today they are clueless. But they pretty much have been the whole time. I seem to know more of what's going on then they do.
