Hey NSB,
The truck looks good with 37's. Interesting to read that a bit of trimming is all it needed. I don't have my 2dr yet, hopeful that it is soon, but instead of replacing all the suspension with a new coil over, why not just to a body lift?
I'm still thinking about it. Looking at perch colar lifts right now.....

Did you change the gearing and upgrade the steering rack? Good you have the heavier axle, but that’s a lot of weight, gear change and leverage if you are using it off road it seems.

GEARING is 4.71, so that's fine. I have RC tie rod sleeves i'll be putting on. And I may get some form of bushing for the rack. I don't rock crawl so I should be good.

I thought you mentioned non-SQ badlands, so that’s a little closer than 4.46 mine has. I have been in a few Jeeps that are under geared (including my own LJ) and it was not acceptable for me. I my glad your happy with the gearing. The rack/tie rod issue seems more tied to the steering angles and tires than type of wheeling, but I don’t think it’s as big an issue as people make it out to be. The sleeves and bushing in the rack will hopefully be solid upgrades, I am planning the sleeves too, even with stock 33s. I have been out with a bunch of Broncos a bunch of times, wheeling pretty hard with no issues (although the guys that are going bigger tires wise are planning on upgrades).

I would love to drive it! A few of our club members have the 2.3 Manual but no mods on them yet. My son is contemplating a Manual SQ Bronco right now too (he has an FX4 2.3 Ranger) so it’s super interesting to me. Keep us up to date.

I'm still thinking about it. Looking at perch colar lifts right now.....
i have non sas badlands, also the SVC 2in perch collar lift, in your opinion how would 37 work, would it be easy fit no trimming AND no rubbing? in your opinion since you already have 37 and NO lift, think that 2 inch perch would do it???

Well...... I have the new Rough Country 5 inch lift sitting in my garage waiting to get installed. They made it specifically for the Badlands non SAS. So I know I'll be good full flex as it just drops everything down.

I thought about perch collars but never liked the idea.

@Northshore bronco I have a Wildtrack(no disconnect) with the 1" leveling kit and 17x8.5 +0 methods. I have seen some folks running BFG 37's with this setup with no rub. Based on your video seems like it would rub? SAS is only .43" higher than the badlands non-sas. Is your wheel wider? D you think the .43" would make that big of difference? I am trying to avoid cutting my crash bars, etc.
