37-38, stock Sas Goodyear tires and stock wheels. I check it often too and adjust it as the temperature fluctuates. Very even wear and I do a 5 tire rotation. Bronco seems to ride and handle nice at this PSI and deliver respectable MPG. My off roading has mostly been dirt roads and hills so I don't reduce PSI.

My wife has a 4 Dr Heritage Ltd set near 39 and I have a 2 Dr Badlands. Mine was riding bumpy while hers is more smooth at same psi.
Maybe I need to put in comfort mode. 😎

Try to keep them at 35. Cold has them running 31-32. Not terribly concerned about it.

4 door is heavier than the 2 door and longer wheelbase and would account for this reason I would think.

Door jam recommends 39 psi for Goodyear M/T OEM. Seems too bumpy for me on pavement. Tires say max 36 psi under load. Local tire shop recommends 32 psi.
What’s everyone running for psi and how is ride?
I've got a 2023 Badlands 2 door squatch and run 39psi all the time. With 20k miles the tires are wearing evenly all the way across. I also rotate every 5k with oil change. Yep...it's bumpy and I love it!!!

Do a tire chalk test. Look it up. Will only take a few minutes and I’ll be at the right pressure for the weight of your bronco.

2dr BL Sas and I've run them from 30psi (cold days) to 40psi. I had the stock GY's for 24k miles, maybe about 18k of that on the highway. I've had the Maxxis Razr M/T's for 6k, which are stickier and heavier.

Higher psi means better gas mileage but rougher ride. Lower psi means worse gas mileage but smoother ride. My main concerns are: Going too low (uneven wear) or too high (rough and uneven). And on the highway, gas mileage.

Personally, I don't like highway speeds below 32psi. I wouldn't trust running any tire on my heavy ass Bronco below 30psi except very short trips. If I know I'm going to be on the highway, I'll try to keep it 36-38psi.

I also try to eye keeping the psi in a 2-3psi zone when the tire heats up; lower PSI it will heat up more. So cold I'll keep it at 34psi and ride around 35-36psi warm, preferably. There's no set-it-and-forget-it, especially right now as the temps fluctuate here in Texas (~30deg this weekend).

You can do a chalk test and find where you get perfect traction for the tire. This is what people do when they want to know where the most even where will be (when the tire is warm, not cold). If you travel a lot, you might want to simulate loaded weight when doing the test.

If you really want to know the best pressure for your vehicle. Get the sidewalk chalk out mark your tires, drive on a flat surface and look at what’s left of the chalk, if it is even you know the pressure is good. If there’s less on the edges, pressure is to high.

I ran my GY Territory's at the recommended pressures (39lbs), I've dropped the pressure to 38lbs with my MT Baja Boss AT's (D Load Rating). I had good life from the GY's, liked them quite a bit and didn't find them harsh on the road at all.

They were heavy (around 74 lbs I think and e-rated) and it rode a bit firmer but they didn't bother me at all. You could hear them for sure. I recently swapped out to some c-rated 37" BFG KO2's and they're quite a bit quieter but also a bit softer with the c rating.

Here's the truck with the KM3's. They have a much squarer shoulder vs the KO2 and I think they handled better.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I think I am leaning toward the 35x12.5x17 KO2s as a replacement for the Good Years. I am looking for a stronger sidewall, since I sliced one of my Good Years open on a trail this fall.

Chalk test on my 72 FJ40. 33 in tires on 15 in rims. Bowed out. Looked good though didn’t feel comfortable with so little tread on road.

The 2 door softer ride of 33-34 PSI also makes me less nervous my top will crack.....
