2dr Rear Seat Delete Stud Covers (3d printed?)

I just got a new Badlands 2dr but don't love the cargo area. Instead of shipping a Goose Gear kit to Hawaii, I'd rather just buy/print a couple stud covers to make the back mostly flat'ish after removing the rear seats. I've not found any STL files or vendors offering this though. What I'm looking for are rectangular plates with sloped sides to cover the seatback mounting locations and studs.

So my first post will be to ask if anyone has already done this and if not why?

I just winged mine off with a 4" grinding wheel.
