2025 Service Manual

Hello all
Is it possible to find a copy of the complete service manual for the 6G Bronco? Service manual for modern cars seem to be less available than older cars.
If this is a resource available to general consumers, where would I be able to find it?

You have multiple options -

Helm, Inc. is the official source. You can purchase a digital service manual on a locked usb drive.

Motorcraft Service online also has a subscription service where you can get access to the manual for a period of time.

Aside from those 2, there are several online resellers that offer repair manuals that may or may not be reliable.

Yea that’s my worry I see a couple sites that might or might not be shady that has them at a very wide range of prices and I’m not sure who I can trust, but good to know there are reliable sources

I bought the USB 2024 Bronco repair manual from Helm. I was not too happy with it. A lot of information is missing. The engine diagnostics would freeze when trying to open it. Helm tried everything to resolve it including contacting the Department at Ford the wrote it. It could not be resolved and my money was refunded.

I have used hard copies of the Ford repair manuals I purchased from Helm in the past and they were the best. Very detailed and easy to use. The USB version I have, sometimes just shows a diagram without written instructions.

Found them when my wife ordered a 4 door Heritage last year. Well, she turned it into a 26 Raptor and now they are just collecting dust.

I never opened them so cannot speak to the "reliable" part as mentioned above but If you have not found a set already, and would like them, send me your address and I will drop it in the mail.

I have a digital copy of these, but it is not what I am looking for. These provide somewhat of a surface level understanding of the instrument aim at the user stand point. I’m looking for the service manual that would (hopefully) provide a much more in depth understanding.

It's normally intended for auto shops, so access is pricey. But they have a 3-day access option that's good for us weekend DIY'ers.

You can also get it from various automotive shop services such as AllData.

A permanent/offline copy is available here from Helm. That said, I will say that Ford occasionally updates the service manual, and the Helm copy is offline, so you will be missing out on any updates. The Helm copy is also not fully featured. For example, on the official website, you can click on a link in the service manual and it'll automatically take you to the appropriate wiring diagram or article, sometimes with part numbers. Many of those links don't work on Helm's copy since it doesn't have access to the online database.
