There is one flaw in the "top dog" theory. Every production limited special edition has been based on the Badlands (First Edition and Heritage Limited Edition). So this testing of the Fox live valve shocks doesn't imply that the future Badlands will get this upgrade. But rather the next special edition based on the Badlands will likely have a unique suspension to differentiate it from the herd.
There’s another - Fox shocks aside - they are driving around with a gap toothed hero switch panel.

There are no plans for Ford to install the Fox live valve 2.5 for the 25 Badlands at an capacity. They might prep one for a Mexican 1000 race that I would not know. But for production in 25 for the Badlands, no.

So are manual Badlands... What's your point?
That’s an intentional omission to get something less than the most capable (no TTA, no 2.7) for reasons.
