Looking to buy my first Bronco. I'm taken with the 4 door Heritage in Robin's Egg blue. With what I'd add and what it comes with standard, I'll have more off roading equipment than I've ever had in my pickups. I can't imagine challenging the vehicle as I'm not into off roading simply for the sake of going off road. I go off road as that is what in my hunting and fishing pursuits.

But I'm going to have to wait and order one when Ford finally provides the prices and opens up the order banks.

In the meantime I've got my eyes on couple of 2024 Wildtraks that are being discounted pretty strong now in my area. And I drove one, I know how it feels on the road and I liked it. The ones I'm looking at are pretty much fully loaded and offer up some extras the Heritage will not have (leather seats, better stereo, even more off road capabilities, etc.) And I can have one now.

But the WT comes with a substantially higher price tag. It just seems to me besides having the color combination I love most in the Heritage, it's overall a better value. The issue I've got in my head over ordering one is I read about orders being abruptly cancelled by Ford and then of course there's the wait with potential schedule slips.

So what do you all think? Get the WT now or order the Heritage?

The off-road capabilities are effectively identical. Both have the Sasquatch package with front & rear locking axles.

Granted Wildtrak does have HOSS 3.0, which is absolutely a better suspension package overall, but suspension is also one of the easiest components to upgrade aftermarket. And I personally would not let the suspension package be the deciding factor. (May be a controversial statement, but whatever.)

So in my mind it comes down to whether the leather seats, the Lux package, etc. are important to you or not.

I am in a similar position to you - I want a Heritage 4 door in a particular color but they seem to be as rare as hen's teeth in any color (2 doors are widely available). There are incredible deals on various other 2024 Broncos in my area and I have seen some really nice Wildtraks and Sas-equipped other variants that have me contemplating other options. But, deep down, I know that the Heritage is what I want and they are very reasonably priced even without discounts. Also, if I was going to spring for a WT, I might consider spending the difference to a heavily discounted '24 BRaptor (usually 10-16k off MSRP right now).

I am a bird in the hand vs bush kinda guy. But you gotta love it or leave it. If what you REALLY want is the HE then get that. Never settle my friend...life is to short.

If you're looking for the extras like lux and leather what about finding a '24 Heritage Limited? There's still a few out there in REB that should be at a discount.

Yah I'm wanting a 4 door. Finding a 4 door Heritage Limited seems as likely as finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

If you're willing to wait, I'm sure you can either find or order a 2025 Heritage edition but you probably won't see anything 4 door Heritage until early to mid next year unless you stumble across an abandoned 4 doors at a dealer's lot which is not impossible but unlikely

Yah I'm not worried about waiting, the Tundra will work until then. But I don't want to wait 6 months and then have Ford cancel the order.

One other thing I've been considering is that the newer Wildtrak's have the Hoss 3.0 on them and I'm reading it rides a bit better on the road than the 2.0 system found on the other non-Raptor versions. Your thoughts? This will be a daily driver for me as well.

I do a weekly search on new 2 dr and the prices are really coming down if you're willing to travel/ship. Found a new 23' 2 dr WT with Lux and tow in MN for $13k off today. I'm personally waiting to see what the 25' pricing looks like before making any decision.

I’m About to sell my 2024 Black Diamond to get the 2025 Heritage. Seems like it’s pretty much a Wildtrak with a little down grade to suspension. My only other complaint is why did they put cloth seats in the heritage and not the two tone marine grade vinyl like the litter banks has? Guess if I get it I’m gonna get custom upholstery

Katskin's are an upgrade and better value over the Bronco's leather trimmed seat option ($2410), found on some trims (standard on the OBX).
