We just purchased a 2024 Wildtrak. What type of level kit and wheels can we add without changing the Sasquatch package? Will a 1 inch level kit and 20 inch wheels with 35 inch tires work with no rubbing or trimming needed? What type of offset wheels do we need?

You already have 35's (well, 34.4's), I can tell you 34.8's fit just fine (even a bit wider).

I can't say anything about 20's, except there will be people talking trash about it most likely. It's your truck, do what you want. But 20's shouldn't make any difference.

Keep the offset positive unless you want poke. You will likely not find 20's in +30ish, which is what the stock wheels are. Lots of poke (0 or less offset) adds scrub radius, which will wear things out quicker and drive a little different. I would say find the highest poke you can, +12/+18, whatever there is.

Somebody who knows the amount you need to level will need to chime in. 1" I would consider a good compromise, since some squat will happen with passengers and stuff in the back. But I think you're more like 1.5" to level in the front but will defer to what others have done.

I installed a 1.5" RPG collar and one top plate (.2") from a Rough Country leveling kit and ended up with the stance below. My truck is a '23 WT and has the trailer package, so it had quite a bit of rake. The collar will not give give you more than an inch of lift on a WT. It firmed up the ride in the front, so if you like the stock ride, you might want to leave it alone. I frankly like less body roll and the bump in firmness.

I don't get the point of changing to 20s and sticking with 35s. If you don't like the Goodyears, that's one thing, but at least wear them out. However, if you wanted something closer to 36", 20s make some sense because there is nothing in a 17" rim that bridges the gap between 35" and 37". If you want fender coverage with the stock flares, stick with offsets in the +30mm to +15mm range.

But if you go larger than 35" tires, I think you'll need more lift. I like the Zone lift for the Hoss 3.0 as it keeps the position sensitive nature of the shocks within Fox's design specifications. I have a set of Fox 2.5 Performance Elites tuned by Accutune Offroad going on when this cold snap is done. I just think a lift should come with more wheel travel, albeit a more expensive route.

Looking at your photo's it looks like it's squatting already, and in most cases 1" "level", is so much, unless you want the Carolina squat look.

It's lifted about 1 3/8" over stock including the spacer on the top of the strut mount. That was just off the jack stands and the shocks had been extended for a couple weeks while I was installing down pipes, turbo pipes and a UCA. Because the collar only lifts the spring perch 5/8" at the strut, I was expecting to only get about an inch of lift at the tire. Measuring from the edge of the fender flare to the pavement in stock trim was a 2" difference front to back. I added one of the four spacers to each side from a RC leveling kit because I wanted to be sure it did something. I figured if it lifted it too much, I would use the other two spacers on the rear shock mounts. You might also notice my driveway is buckled from an oak tree next door and more biased on the driver side, so there's that too. The truck is not on level ground and there is more than a half inch measurement in the rear at the edge of the fenders. There's no perseptable squat, until your start adding cargo.

Another reason for the shock upgrade is to increase the spring rates. I find the Hoss 3.0 a bit too soft and spungy for my driving style and engine mods.
