My 2023 2dr 2.3 7MT Big Bend has had no issues at all since I bought it new. The trans does make some noises when it is cold that it doesn't make when it is warm or in warmer weather.
I had a Tacoma before, and even it had a few niggling issues in the first couple years.

That's the kind of thing that concerns me. Was that "tumbling" transmission noise covered by the drivetrain warranty? I'm sure the b-to-b warranty has expired on the one I'm looking at.
Yes, it was and is covered under the 60k mile drivetrain warranty.

24 Heritage Edition 2 door manual here, 50k miles and not a single issue.
I also have a 24 HE 2-door MT with 21k miles.
Never had any problems starting or driving the Bronco.
It is a blast to drive on and off roads.
It's my daily driver and I've taken it on road trips to Florida.
In my test drives, I found the 2-door turning radius is tighter than the 4-door (good for the trails and mall parking).
Interacting with the Bronco using the 7MT is so satisfying, I could not imagine any other way to drive one.

In the summer, my gearbox is quiet.
During the winter, it does make the rattling noise at temperatures below 40 degrees.
The noise gets quieter after the engine starts to heat up the transmission.
It has never impacted performance or reliability.
I think it's just part of my Bronco's personality.
In Boston, everyone gets grumpy in the winter -- why should my Bronco be any different.

@Ozbronco , it seems like you may have found a good deal on a low mileage Bronco.
Don't look too closely at the horse's mouth.

I have about 48k on my '22 badlands 2 door manual. I've had the Ford performance tune since it first debuted, so that's probably been on there for 20-30k miles. Other than the same transmission noise in temps less than 20 degrees, I haven't had any issues. I've taken it on a two week off road trip the last four years in a row and it's seen plenty of hard driving without any signs of trouble.

I purchased my 22 BD 7MT used in July. Had 40k miles when I bought it, and I've put another 10k since. It's my daily driver and no issues with the MT. I did have the brake booster go out, and had that replaced at 42k. Sure, that was a little frustrating, but the cash I saved finding the bronco I wanted since release for a fraction of what new ones cost in 22, let alone now, was a drop in the bucket. Everything else has been flawless, and the brake system is great since the repair.

I have 33K on my 22 badlands, and no issues. I do get the 7MT noise when it gets cold also. I think it is more reliable than the 10 spd auto. There is probably way more issues with it than the MT, and probably more forum post on it.

23 BD 2DR 7MT with 38,000 miles and no issues so far other than a slight cold temp initial rattle others have mentioned. Added 35's and 2 inch lift. It is a blast to drive, especially in sport mode! The 2DR with crawler gear is a beast on the trails, goes anywhere and crawls up anything.

This tends to happen a lot on forums for many different things.
Yep...many find forum because of an issue but the enthusiasts will be more vocal. But it doesn't mean everyone has the issue. Those threads do give ideas of things to look for though...

2022 BD 2.3 7mt with 93k miles, 2nd transmission. Replaced first transmission at 37k for the "rock tumbling" noises under warranty/tsb. Noise was very noticeable, sometimes even in the summer. 56k on the second transmission, there is some noise in the cold, not enough for me to bring it in. I do have the extended warranty, expires at 125k. I have not brought it in for any of the recalls yet (except the wiper one), mostly because parts are not available yet. No other issues, love my 7mt Bronco!

I want to take the opportunity to thank everyone who posts on this forum and figured that I might as well do it here. I have a '24 BD with the 7MT. Bought the truck new in October '24 and I still absolutely love it. The transmission has made the rattle since new and I always thought it was normal. I had no idea of the TSB for the 7MT until reading this thread. If this forum didn't exist, I never would have realized that there was a potential issue until something catastrophic happened. Anyway the truck is booked in to have it taken care of. So to all of you that relate your ownership experience, thank you very much and keep it up!!!

22 base Sasquatch manual.
39000 miles

No issues other than having had to replace the battery already. Runs great in the cold (0w30 amsoil)

No weird noises from the engine/transmission etc.

Been very happy with mine.
