I was thinking the same thing, silicone seal any open areas then wrap it. I like the Armadillo but that $1500 liner has me turned off!

You are better off just buying a softtop from best top and calling it a day. Those Hard tops are too expensive and you can get a 2 door softtop for about $1500I passed the 3 year ownership threshold in October and wouldn't you know it... found a spot where the top is separating along the edge today. Honeycomb wet inside. I'm assuming this wouldn't be covered with my extended warranty.
So the question is, what are the options for 2 door hardtop replacements? I have less than zero interest in replacing this with another MIC (unless it's free).
Is Ford going to be selling the Modular top for 2 dr? TurnOffroad going to making a 2 door version?

Mine is drivers side rear, where the very top piece hangs over the backseat window.
I'm not sure if this is true but I read somewhere on here you only get one top replacement per Bronco. Before we decided to trade our '23 in I was waiting until close to the end of the 36 month warranty to claim my one replacement. Our new '24 that is 3 weeks old doesn't have any cracks, but it has the snake skin problem on tops of the removable panels but leaving it for now if no cracks come up.My 2Dr Badlands is only two weeks old. I noticed a tiny spider crack on passenger window top edge after reading these forums. Reported to my dealer who wants to take pictures and send to Ford. It’s very faint but there and they said at minimum it would be used to prove a basis if worsens.
On another note, all my tires are out of round and won’t balance. Need to replace.
There are people who have had multiple parts of their tops replaced, multiple times. I think someone on this thread said they were on their fifth part. (Oh yeah, they don't replace the whole top, just the section that's messed up. Like I said I read in a thread here and I can't find it now but he was mentioning the clamshell. Anyway my point it make sure you ask your dealer if you're replacing the clamshell if this is the only replacement.
