I guess the question is what happens if you exceed the rating on the hinges? Everyone says the stock hinges are rated only for 133 lbs but I have like 230-250lbs of weight on my hinges and it’s holding strong with a Hammer Built tailgate reinforcement… no sag, no crunches, no flex

I see. I think the issue would be the r&d and having to build completely new lights and housings for a one off vehicle. Makes me think china would be the only ones willing to do that

His looks the same… that part of his pic that you circled is passenger side and in your pic you circled the driver side. Both driver sides look the same to me

I think what’s still out there is left over stock. I’m a dealer for them and they’re discontinued… unless you can only buy them direct now 🤷‍♂️

Are you able to latch it?

Is it only on the driver side? Sometimes the little hook strap thing gets in the way of closing the top. Move it and see if that helps

Can you flip the top back and take a pic of the brackets on the roll bar? Maybe installed incorrectly?

I noticed it’s like that when you have the sides fully pressed in when attaching the Velcro. Not really needed, I started to just set the top down without actually going outside and pressing down the velcro

After having mine on for a year I never had an issue with water intrusion. Only a couple drops inside when pressure washing at an upward angle

Assuming you had the tune and intake before this install, did you notice any difference in performance from before and after? What sound level would you consider this exhaust at cold start and hard pulls? Moderate, loud, wake the neighbors? Turbo sounds sick too
