2.7 oil pan gasket

24 Badlands Sasquatch, engine oil leak, looks to me like an oil pan gasket or pan. Does the engine have to be removed or raised up to change the pan and gasket? It is what it is but I hate to think about what it takes to fix it. Thanks

The way Ford wants it done, or the workshop manual instructs to do it, is to remove the front axle and steering gear.

Wouldn’t make doing turbos any easier. None of that gets in the way of those.
Turbos are pretty easy to do by themselves though.
