I have a large floor jack I always used on my 2008 F 150 FX4 .....

How dare you consult the owners manual to access documentation on procedures for vehicles that owners own? As a cow-orker of mine responded a loooong time ago when asked why he didn't just read the directions . . . "It inhibits my creativity".

I usually lift from the LCA mount or shock mount on the axle back there - keeps the spring compressed and don't have to jack the back end up as far.

But I'm sure that's not the proper way to do it.

It's not that it's unAmerican, it violates the the Man Code. You start with opening and reading manuals, and next thing you know, you're stopping for directions.
Or filling up before you're 20 miles past empty!

got 'er done but could have used a triangular or square plate for my 3-ton floor jack
kinda sweated out some of the locations, 2008 F 150 was easy peasy compared to this Bronco
