12” screen issues

I have a 22’ badlands and 23” HLE. Both are now having issues upon starting. The screen will come on with Bronco (horse), then turn black after 30 seconds. When it does come on there are vertical lines in the audio box as well as settings which go away after less than 10 seconds. I took it to dealer who say there are no error codes. They disconnected CarPlay and did factory reset. I picked it up screen lagged again the started up with same vertical line through Audio box. Anyone else have this issue?

I had a big problem with screen lag and sometimes black screen. Turning all family IPHONES CarPlay off (i.e. turning the phone setting off, not the vehicle) solved that problem. Never had the vertical lines. Did the dealer get to see the vertical lines?

Here is screenshot of vertical line in audio box. They also appear on settings box as well. Both my 2022 & 2023.
