Dude, I'm now day 7 sitting at the same rail depot 40 miles from my dealership and even closer to my house. TBH, I wish I didn't know where it was because knowing is worse.
99%, I'm now just waiting for my dealer to tell me it's in, 1% I still message the poor guy every other day asking, "Is it there yet" like a 8 year old in the back seat of a mini van for eternity.

Has anyone else been told by every Ford chat 'specialist' that they have no information on the chip hold and we should contact our dealership who will have the correct information and details on the chip hold?
@Zach@Granger I am not sure if you know about this (sorry if you do) but every chat person is saying to contact the dealership and that you have more information on the chip hold. Sounds a little ridiculous / fishy to me, but thought I would ping you just in case/to make you aware of what they were saying. Thanks

I was able to get updated information. It was transferred to BNSF but I can still use the CSX number to track it. As of November 21st it was in Staples MN. So its getting very close to its final destination!!

Mine has been at Blue Island/Gibson rail yard (it’s the same to my understanding) forever.
No idea when it’ll ship from there but my ETA is now late December.
Rail tracker was definitely a little slow....mine is unloaded at the rail head in FT. Worth right now. Getting closer to me now!

They told me that mine was on a chip hold and gave me the estimated delivery date range which turned out to be correct. I didn't ask for any other details.
Check your delivery dates on the back door reservation link. Mine moved back to 11/25-12/1 today.
