Correct, typo (fixed). Reservation July 2020. My actual re-order date was 3/7/22. first order was 3/13/21 (OBX, mod/dual tops, antimatter). Changed 3/31/21 to Badlands RaceRed when mod tops went away. Reordered 3/7/22 (OBX). I have my 3/7 DORA order, and shared with the team. I should have $1250 for the 3/11/21 order cutoff and $500 for the OBX 7/15/22 increase. When we did the preview pricing Samantha said no price protection was reflected —that all came at time of sale. I need a video conference call to see what the heck is different on mine, and why I'm getting pushback. Hoping it is a miscommunication, but we will see.

GOOD NEWS UPDATE: We figured out the issue. It had to do with being converted to 23 but receiving a 22 VIN. That and Ford's terminology and general effed up process. Anyway, pricing matches the DORA, certificate applies. All checks out, whew!

I have requested a rail # and never got one. I’ve been relying on my sales rep and ford chat. My sales rep will be back today. I messaged him yesterday and asked if Ford Chat was on crack. He said he sure hoped so. Lol. He was going to look first thing this morning so I’m hoping for good news.
The order tracker shows an in status time of nearly 5 days. I was kinda thinking, maybe that’s when it switched from CSX to BNSF. Hoping anyway. I really wanted mine by this weekend.

Salesman sent me some info to deer mine rail car. I’m on rail #160588 and it arrived in Gibson terminal yesterday early AM with no future movement. Appears as though, it’s literally next to Blue Island terminal.

So I have ordered for the second time. I was originally placed the order in March of 2021. I got frustrated with the whole deal and eventually canceled my order which was a 4 door silver Black Diamond. Well the dealer called me this week and said that Ford is offering discounts to people like me that canceled their order. So I went in to talk to them and they offered me about a 3k discount plus a 500 educator discount. So $3500.00 off MSRP. I was surprised because they still have them on the lot marked up by 10k. So I made an order a 2023 Green 4 door Black Diamond, hard top, 2.3L. Does anyone have any idea how long it will take to get it? Years? Months? I have no idea. I got confirmation from Ford yesterday.

Still no built email or status change on the tracker but ETA is still the same. It's only going about an hour from the plant but I don't see the 26th happening. I'm going to probably ask for an update Monday to see if it's changed. I'm excited yet skeptical.

Yours says arrived in Omaha this morning at 6:36AM. Maybe we are on the same if you keep getting the Blue Island crap from Ford Chat also.

That's my rail car too. What service did you use to find that?

Edit: On a whim I called the CSX line and sure enough it now says it's in Omaha. Delivered by BNSF. I had given up after no change after a week.

Question for you - I know our status's changed on Ford and the tracker around the same time (to built) - did it ever update after that point? We received the email as well but nothing else has changed - hate bugging the dealer if I don't have to.

After the salesman contacted me today I went and looked and it said shipped to dealer. My dealer is about an hour away

My dealer gave me a screen grab of his tracking which had the rail car info in “shipment ID”… a bunch of numbers followed by the TTGX and rail car #. So if they “say” they can’t locate it, tell them you won’t hassle them if you can follow the shipment yourself.

Thanks, Tonya! I appreciate that - sadly ours is going by Convoy so we won't get much to track it with but I am certainly glad that the majority of you all can follow it that way. We tracked our friends Ford truck with the rail info so it definitely works!
