Pisses me off as well!
Just got off the phone with ford and they have no clue...told " dealer has final say in the matter." I have a signed order from 2022 that the dealer must honor worst case scenario?

It depends on what the signed order really means to convey. If it just conveys what you are ordering then it doesn't protect you on pricing. I don't see anyone winning their case with a signed order.

Thanks 2022base !!!! I am in the same deal with my Sales Manager. I believe he thinks I am trying to pull a fast one. I will show him this and see if he still tries to "play the game" . I have the "we owe you" signed statement so I doubt there will an problem.

I hope it helps you. my dealer told me "retail price protection is gone now" and is trying to make me pay the $2000 increase from march.

Oh that's the complete opposite for me.. I was very up front with the price protection and my dealer let me know that once the car shows that it was bought by the original order holder, Ford will confirm it with the dealer and a check will be written out to me.

Sounds like the dealer may be trying to pull a fast one..
