  1. CYBER ORANGE Bronco Club

Not alot of activity here since Ford dropped the color, so I figured I'd join the Club and post a picture of the photshop I did of a Bronco like mine coming off the line (2022 Big Bend two door with modual front bumper).
  2. Two Door Tuesday Lets See Them Two Doors

I like the two tone paint. It's really old school.
  3. NEW EZ4x4 GIVEAWAY – Win a Free Set of Aluminum Tube Doors ($1,000+ Value)

Great looking doors. What is the weight of the two door assembly?
  4. 2026 Bronco / 60th Anniversary Edition ….. Hopes, Dreams & Suggestions….

Yup, I read it to mean they were going to a manual-style hand break in the middle. Pulling to apply/pushing to release the electric parking brake application is an extremely NON ergonomic convention. The method of parking/emergency brake application isn't a design element that should vary...
  5. 2026 Bronco / 60th Anniversary Edition ….. Hopes, Dreams & Suggestions….

Glad to hear it. Changing the long time standard for the application of the parking brake is a huge detriment to using the brake in an emergency situation. The added complexity of having to involve the computer to service your brakes is ridiculous.
  6. Does spare tire have TPMS sensor?

I've never been a fan of rotating tires. The new ones go on the front, the best two used ones on the back and use the worst one is the spare. Only have to buy tires two at a time that way and nobody is jonesing to steel the spare. Not a fan of TPMS sensors either. I pull them out when I get new...
  7. Interesting MPG comparison before/after mods

About that. The hilarious part was everyone in line had their engines running.
  8. Some Audio Questions - Bronco New Owner

An advantage to taking the signal from the from speakers, as opposed to using the radio's output channel, is the signals will go through a Line Output Converter (LOC). This will provide gain fine tuning and volume control that are not available with the factory subwoofer feed.
  9. FOUND KEY IN 222 BaseSquatch

    Or maybe his locker key?
  10. Kill Switch

I've used the big green battery knobs on my classic cars for years.
  11. Interesting MPG comparison before/after mods

I remember people going up a tire size during the gas crisis in the 1970's to squeeze a little extra mileage out of their cars. I also remember spending a couple hours waiting in line to get $5 worth of gas.
  12. Two Door Tuesday Lets See Them Two Doors

    Love the retro stripes!
  13. Two Door Tuesday Lets See Them Two Doors

Yup and the 66 Bronco was a limo compared to the CJ's 81 inch wheelbase.
  14. Two Door Tuesday Lets See Them Two Doors

Overall length is always misleading. The original Bronco's wheelbase was only 92 inches. The 6G two door is over 8 inches longer.
  15. Sync 4 going away

It's better today than when I was a kid in the 60's. There were 3 VHV and 3 UHV channels. I get 50 channels for free now with my air antenna!
  16. Sync 4 going away

Synch 4 going away You had me excited there for a minute. I thought you meant Ford was removing the computer/screen from the vehicle. I taped a piece of black cardboard over it the first week I had my Bronco til I realized I couldn't really work the radio without it.
  17. Two Door Tuesday Lets See Them Two Doors

The 6G is often compared to the first generation Bronco, but this picture really drives home how much larger they are. The new Broncos are about halfway between the original and 2G-5G.
  18. 2DR Rear Seat Delete - do you like the results?

For every day use I just leave the rear seats collapsed with a couple crates on top for loose junk. The cardboard boxes stuffed on the sides keep the quarter trim panels from getting scratched. Thought that would be a problem with the subwoofer but it works pretty good. The 6" step up to seat...
  19. Ways to dress up 2 door big bend

Sounds like a recipe for disaster. Ways to dress up a stock 2 door? Use a rattle can to black out the rocker pinch weld. HUGE visual improvement with running boards:
