I bought this one, and it works great... did it last night.

The one-piece seems like the ticket... but... the thought of moving that sucker around and storing that on the occasions you do want to switch to your soft top could be a challenge.
Looking forward to seeing the final result!
Is it just me, or does the Bronco not seem like one of the EASIEST vehicles to wrap? Seems like it should be far cheaper than most!
- All the fenders, grill, and doors are easily removable, you could set them on a table and wrap them one by one comfortably!
- The surfaces are largely flat...
Sasquatch wheels that are like-new, wheels/tires/TPMS I have seen on the buy and sell group typically sell for around $2500, which is a reasonable deal.
These rims alone are NOT cheap, and they're actually a great wheel if you like the look.

I actually think the fact it's that tight may be intentional and a good thing... once pushed and locked down, it will be MUCH more snug, and less prone to buffeting and vibration.
Not saying you guys aren't doing all you can, and that you aren't swamped. I know you are. I just know when it gets overwhelming like that, balls will get dropped... not intentionally, but it's best to wait until these delays get sorted out.
Hope you guys can keep your head above water, good...
I think most of your are missing the most critical part though...
Yes, I agree, it's a good thing that these rods bend/break instead of damaging the much more expensive steering rack.
BUT... the stock tie-rods are unavailable and nationally back-ordered. So now what? We have NO spares we can...
I also ran into the "Backordered" issue when trying to order spares...
In THAT case, this could really suck for many of us that actually plan to use them hard off road.
NEVER install stronger aftermarket tie rods. We run Raptor tours, and have for the last 10+ years. All the guys that put aftermarket tie rods on usually regret it, because then their $1000 rack is busted.
A $50 tie rod, for a part that doesn't break that frequently, is really NOT a big deal...
Unless you make them removable with some sort of bolting system, they severely hamper overall travel and performance at speed... So there are some HUGE trade-offs.
