Good write-up thanks. I am in the market for MTs and am leaning towards the Baja Boss A/Ts but the EXPs look awesome too. I see the Baja's are better rated for snow? Also, I am only at 11K with my OEMs but looking for a beefier look on the tires. That said hate to throw out the old ones if...
Looking for new tires - specifically either the MT Baja Boss A/Ts or Baja Legend EXPs. The only place in my area that I can buy through and then mount them is Discount Tires. What has everyone's experience been using them? I just don't want to get my Bronco back with nicked up rims, a tire...
I was thinking of this in place of my kicker key. I have the same setup as you - all kicker speakers. My rear pods are not loud though - not sure if I setup the kicker key wrong or what. I have 10" hideaway sub as well. What plug and play harness did you use for the Musway?
I am novice at this so educate me on your comment about the rear channels. My current setup is a non-B&O with kicker key 200, kicker speakers throughout and 10" hideaway sub. All in all its got great sound, especially relative to the stock speakers. But my rear speakers aren't all that loud or...
This is a great write-up thank you.
I am one of those using the Kicker Key 200. I have a non B&O with kicker speakers throughout as well as a hideaway 10" sub. Honestly all speakers are quite loud, although the rear pods aren't as clear / loud for some reason. My question really is how loud do...
Did you ever find your issue regarding this? I am starting to hear a whine as well. When letting off and especially after its been warmed up. 11,000 on mine.
Thanks much.
My current setup:
- Standard - not B&O
- Hoel plug and pray wiring harness specifically for Bronco Base 2022 / kicker key 200 / Kicker sub
- Two dash and two kick panel kicker speakers
- Two rear kicker pod speakers
- One Kicker hideaway 8" powered sub
- All sound from head unit...
I wish I had your knowledge brother haha. I am looking for a quote and easy setup - does the plug and pray harnesses work on the Ken wood you mention? Can I just upgrade to a kicker key 500 or do I need to add that to my 200 to power all?
As you saw in my other thread my sub doesn’t even have...
It’s one of those plug and play harnesses. It goes to the oem head unit to the amp and all the way back to the sub. It’s a kicker hideaway 8inch. Worked beautifully until a few days ago. It started cutting out.
I just took the entire setup apart, checked all cables and fuses on the harness. All...
Hi all. Currently running kickers in dash, doors, and rears with a kicker sub. All powered by a kicker key 200 except for the rears.
Is there an amp out there that can power all six as well the sub?
Ok so the sub issue is back. I am driving and it’s working fine. I stop somewhere turn the bronco off. Come back and no sub. It can’t be heas this is first thing in the am. I unplugged and plugged back in the sub. Reseated the ground. Before I retrace every cable, any ideas?
note the front...
Holy hell is searched the internet for my latest kicker issue and found my own thread lol.
well today the sub didn’t have any sound after working for nearly two years. Sub has power, amp kicker key has power. If I fade sound to the rear completely the sound is barely heard on the rears. Again...
Yes I am getting notices via the ford app that to save battery certain remote functions have been disabled. Beyond that I haven’t had any battery issues.
This was some time ago but I believe it was the harness on the front speaker. For your issue have you tried to get all speakers working without the amp? That would at least eliminate an amp issue versus factory wiring issue.
Yah although I recall grounding and it not working last night so I took it off and started with fumbling with everything. Who the hell knows what I did lol.
I did recrimp and heat shrink everything. Looked clean when I got done. Thanks again for the help! The light bar is brighter than the sun lol
