you can reuse the stock springs but to get the max lift you need their springs. I opted to get there springs just to have more options to adjust for weight.
OP's rec was spot on... my BG rep hooked it up with 3 bottles of SyncroShift II. A quick level check and quart flying out the fill port it shifts way better.
I don't think you'll get what you're looking for with the SAS package suspension. You'll definitely get lift and its decent at soaking up bumps but the brake dive and sway is still pretty bad. Your happy medium sounds like 5100's or Eibach Pro Truck 2.0 based on your criteria.
My mom just picked up a 25 base (auto). The improvements are great compared to my 22 base sas (manual). While I do like the bigger/faster infotainment screen and the digital cluster....holy cow its a lot of light in my eyes at night. The new 2.3 also has a nice rumble to it when you floor it...
Buddy recommended one of those Chinese clones compressors on amazon. Cutoff switch modded been solid so far. built a 4 way inflator which is cool but its bulky. At some point I will be switching to an ARB compressor and having the truck plumbed with hose fittings at every wheel.
Benefits of sharing same wheel patterns. Only down side, to me at least, is the offsets available aren't the best for Broncos and most center bores are aimed at clearing Toyota hubs.
SCS has already figured out the hub centric rings for me. 93.10mm to 106mm
I see all of the Toyota dudes running volks...looks amazing. I really wanted to do boujee wheels for the Instagram clout but chickened out. I'd be crying if I rubbed one on a rock. I ended up with some SCS wheels and I'm planning on running a set of BFG AT K02. The stocks are going to be...
MORR recovered DV8's own Bronco and just towing it bent the bumper mounts. (DV8 Bronco) ARB included some hefty brackets to reinforce the bumper mounts. I would hope DV8 would have included something similar by now.
I was reading this at work and it just so happened to rain. So I figure lets give 4A a shot again. Honestly you're not missing anything. In the rain you can feel it wanting to bind as you start to turn and then a sudden release. I am actually less concerned about clutch pack in the transfer case...
Running 4A on the daily seems beyond regular wear and tear. I'm not trying to say to never use it but I can't imagine Porsche folks using launch control at every light. It has its purpose but seeing the reasoning for folks using it on the daily commute just seems silly and unnecessary.
