How did install go? The website says some cutting is required and it's also unear if it's actually meant for the standard bumper. Also what's the quality been like so far?
Anecdotaly, we've towed a 5400lb trailer behind our SUV up and down all sorts of logging road on P rated Open Country AT IIs without any issue. I was worried about them when we first got them but five seasons later they've done us just fine.
It's definitely what I'm looking for, and I definitely want a roof rack that works with it. My wife is pretty irritated that I haven't found the "right" roof rack yet but there are reasons I'm waiting before dropping a ton of cash on one.
Ilthe standard bumper is plastic, not steel. I'm not familiar with the details, but that may be the capable bumper on yours. I'd search if the capable and modular are intermountable.
