Been having the headlight issue also. Some times they come on while truck is off. Sometimes they will be on while driving (day light) look down and head light switch is black with no position indicator.
Ford has directed Technician to replace BCM. Bad news is it's on backorder with no ETA...
Discussed the headlights ghost with tech at the dealership and he reviewed his security cameras and found that his bronco's headlights came on at the same time as mine.
Strange for sure.
Around 8pm Central time on May 9th in case anyone else wants to look at there security cameras.

I work for a company with a very large fleet of f-series pickup trucks. We change oil at 5,000 miles. F550s bucket trucks get changed at 300 hrs and larger bucket trucks at 700hrs.
I also change everything I own at 5,000 miles(or 1 year) and have forever.
I have not bought any skid plates yet. That is very high on the list of things to do. Transmission pan looks very vulnerable also.
The lift is Icon 3" spacer lift. Hope to upgrade to their coilovers eventually.
The grill lettering is from stickerfab. I contacted them and asked if they could do the outline lettering and they added it to the website.
I do get tons of comments on the bronco. I picked race red because it was the least popular color. Plus every vehicle I have had before has been white...
Sasquatch with 3 inch lift 37 STT PROs on 17x8.5 0mm offset rubs these areas with sway bars connected. I have a need for this.
My kit is scheduled to be delivered Monday.
These people that say 37s fit with a 1" level are on road only or using small 37s.
I just want to add that my Bronco was showing 58 F when it was 78 F. I took the doors off and dropped the top then got in the Bronco to leave and noticed that it was sitting at 58. 10 miles later it was showing the correct temperature.
