  2. What lift needed for 37” tires on Sas ?

37 STT PROs on 8.5 0mm offset. The lift is a 3 inch Icon spacer lift. As you can see it uses every available inch.
  3. Rear Locker not working due to solenoid

This is very easy to damage especially when shipped with the entire locker. 100% should be offered by Ford as a separate repair part. Thought I would post the part number just in case someone else was in your shoes. If that happened to me even under warranty I would have spent the $80 to get...
  4. Rear Locker not working due to solenoid

I accidentally cracked the plastic part of the locker actuator while doing my gear swap. Ford could not find a listing of only the actuator without the actual locker. But spicer sells it . Just an FYI. It was less than $80. Took 3 or 4 days to get.;)
  5. The Burronco

It makes sense. My 70 and 72 both left the factory with no rear seat.
  6. Installed 5.38s and Spicer Ultimate 44 FDU and Extreme CVs 32 spline

Both pinion bearings were different? My 5.38 FDU should be here soon. Ordered 5.38 JL gears and install kit because we didn't know if there was a difference. We gambled.....and lost. Apparently.
  7. Intermediate Shaft case

Gotcha. A good parts guy at Ford should be able to find it in the system. A Sasquatch or badlands vin would probably make it easier on him. My replacement will be out of steel if my machinist buddy would get it done.
  8. Intermediate Shaft case

That seems familiar. Yes the housing is available but back in mid November it was on backorder with no ETA. I am curious how you broke it and tire size.
  9. Let's see your favorite Bronco picture of 2022 📸

  10. Front body mount bolt sheered?

    100% normal. Relax
  11. Rut could go wrong? "Charging System: Service Now" fault & disabled Bronco from muddy good time

The bad part is that I was at on off-road park following a main access road that had a few shallower mud holes proceeding this one. I dropped off into it and within seconds got an alternator fault. 99% of the mud on the truck was me trying to get out after charging system fault and water started...
  12. Rut could go wrong? "Charging System: Service Now" fault & disabled Bronco from muddy good time

Guilty of Alternator death by mud:devilish: Technically it was a mistake. Didn't realize it was so deep until I was in it.

  19. INCOMING: Driveshaft Recall (Customer Satisfaction Program 22B27) - replacement needed to avoid cracked boot

Found the same issue back in May. My build date was December 23, 2021. I am well outside the date range listed. So everyone needs to check regardless of build date.
