Mine are still young enough that I'm reaching back there to buckle them up...so it's still my problem. If they were a few years older it'd be a different story.
It might sound like a weird comparison but I liken a 2dr Bronco to a Miata. They are both high on style/fun and low on practicality...
I also get the love for the 2dr; they have a nostalgic feel. To your point, people don't want to spend $60k to shimmy into a cramped rear seat.
If I had the luxury of keeping a Bronco as an "extra" vehicle, I'd definitely consider a manual 2dr. For a family of five, the utility of a 4dr wins...
Look at the truck market to see where this is going. How many people are buying 2dr pickups for personal use at this point? Even look at the car market and the emergence of the "4 door coupe" from MB, BMW, and Audi.
The One-Touch Power Top is exactly what I'm waiting for. I don't think it's some engineering marvel but the way Ford has their hard tops produced, it could be another decade š¬
Second winter with my DirtyDog, just put it on a few weeks ago. It makes a noticeable difference on the highway noise. Never gets cold enough here for me to care about insulation.
The emissions regulations are squeezing the V6 out of existence. Thereās nothing but a 2.0T in anything not considered a truck or high performance vehicle. There may not be a formal āyou shall not sell ICE by 2030ā but they will suffocate it with the standards.
Great to hear! Your fishing cart is the most useful hitch mount option I've seen. The Bote feels like a total ripoff without a good chair holder or cutting table.
Thank you for not completely outsourcing your products.
Two questions:
1. when is this beach fishing cart becoming available?

2. are those orange beauty rings on the optional badlands wheels? looks great on you...
I think this is spot on. The F-150 has absolutely become the new family hauler. Big part of it is the feminization of crossovers and sedans. How many of those are truly fun to drive vs. just being 2.0L appliances?
Progress is funny like thatā¦If they keep the 2dr as a legacy should it automatically come with 31ā BFG KOs and 200hp for legacy sake? I think people pick and choose what they like from the past. The 5ft truck bed looked stupid at first but itās all we know now.
I do agree they should keep a...
Funny you say that, weāve culturally adjusted fine to supercrew pickups with 4drs. Virtually no one left buying 2dr pickups except cheap contractor trucks. I expect it will take time but the same thing will be true of Jeeps and Broncos. Much more nostalgic buyer than a pickup truck.
