Sorry to dredge this up again, but...would using that impact any other systems, i.e. disable 911 assist or anything of the like?
It sounds stupid, but trying to have the ability to merely search artists/ albums on a USB drive on my base system, and since it doesn't have native voice...
How/ what number did you call to escalate/ expedite things?
No need to do that at the moment but if I'm looking at potentially beyond a month's wait for parts it'd be good to know my options to help move things forward.
Finally had my dealer look at mine today - they've diagnosed it as needing a turbo and have a part on order, but it's on national backorder so no idea how long it'll take.
Good news is the Bronco generally runs/ drives just fine more often than not, so I'll keep it at home until the part...
Dumb question, but can't for the life of me find an answer to this, and it's driving me crazy.
Long story short, for several reasons I prefer not to stream music from my phone but instead run a sizable USB drive with my music library on it - but I DO run Android Auto for phone and navigation...
@jwoobs any good place to buy a small amount of that stuff? Thinking I also want to put a smidge below the trail sights; managed to fumble a tool and put a small scratch in my fender while installing some brackets...
We've seen plenty of them in person here in Michigan (two actually passed us on the drive home after taking delivery of our Sasquatch), so I guess all I can say is 'to each their own.' Still not really a fan, especially from the rear 3/4 view.
Hope you all have fun at the auction!
Those two sentences seem to contradict each other. You want both to act as individual circuits, yet you actually only tied them into a single circuit...?
Thanks for this...looked and mine is about 1/4" off on the passenger side, and actually saw some rollbar rubbing before installing any IAG product. Thanks, Ford/ Webasto...
ASFIR says the transmission plate works with the stock plates.
JCR says theirs will not.
Trying to figure out the most cost-effective route to take...maybe get the Ford kit for the fuel and transfer skids for now, then later hit up ASFIR for the transmission plate?
I'm hoping that's the case on mine, too - the fact that I can wait 2/3 ignition cycles and then go a week generating full boost without any problem almost sounds like flaky electrical - but then again, I only play a tech/ engineer on TV, so... 🤷♂️
Did they verify there was no other damage? Folks on the Ranger forum (and possibly here) have said dealers first attempt to replace the wastegate, then find the wastegate arm is bent, and then have to replace the whole turbo.
Search around - a handful of us already talking about it here (and on Ranger 5G forum).
Mine first hit at 65 miles, so consider yourself lucky. It's since been off-and-on.
Mind if I ask what sort of driving you were doing when it threw the code? Both times I had the CEL triggered, it was while...
Had my first go at programming my '22 this evening. Knock on wood, things seemed to go OK.
Question for anyone who's added global power window close - when you go about closing the windows, does it start to do all four, then stop rolling the fronts about half-way up, forcing you to cycle it...
