There is, but there's also a card that comes with the keypad itself which has three 12-16 digit codes that need to be programmed to the vehicle through the aforementioned FDRS dealer tool.

Another highway user at 70-75 here without qualms. My understanding was that the velcro straps are mostly there to secure the top from bouncing around when open in that position off-road; can't imagine much would rock it back forward in normal on-road use.

No. I carefully read the post. The 'mount' is just the little tab extending off the base bracket. I need the base bracket; don't need yet another BD light kit.
