FWIW, I called those lines and waited for nearly three months...it never moved, nor would anyone involved with moving the reservation (i.e. marketing hotline, etc) actually commit to being able to move it. They may be fully aware of the situation but they are not playing with consistent rules...

Grille bar, PPF, possibly some striping will move you into mod shop for sure.

Certain options aren't installed on the main assembly line but in an adjacent building, known as the modification center/ mod shop/ etc. You can see mention of it here...

No, I don't believe that's the case. I seem to recall plenty of folks with reservations or orders showing pics of their Broncos arriving at dealers with that same retail label.
