Do you happen to have roof rack? If so could something be loose enough to vibrate at higher speed. Or possibly the cowling at bottom of windshield? Ya that would drive me crazy. Is it always happening at about the same speed, I know u mentioned expressway.

I’m betting washer fluid….blueish but after drying appears more green. My washer reservoir just cracked and leaked on garage floor day before yesterday. At first I thought coolant but it was washer fluid.

In the last pic definitely looks like tire bloom to me. Tire cleaner or rubber cleaner with tire brush, rinse well and apply dressing or tire protectant..👍🏼

Easiest way is to sit on ground put feet under front and rear of tire and use feet to lift while aligning with hands. I’ve been doing it this way my whole life, I’m 52 now and it’s still the easiest way I’ve found.

Checkout TopLiftPros, it’s a rolling lift and storage. Can be folded up/parts removed for space saving. 808 here but transplanted to AZ few years back👍🏼
