  3. Ford Bronco Parts - AZ

I live in Phoenix area and have never heard of it. I’m not positive but I have a feeling it is NOT LEGIT. Only a face book page with separate website that is invalid and the pics on the fb page definitely do not look like they are in Flagstaff. Business hours say closed, no phone or other...
  4. Anything scarier than running out of warranty... which extended warranty to get (if any)?

As an old guy I’ve purchased many an extended warranty when buying new vehicles. Never once did I use any of them. My last 4 vehicles I decided to opt out of extended warranty and realized I will either: 1-Trade it in before it’s needed 2-Foot the bill on any needed repair as I’ve saved $5000 by...
  5. Tire recommendation for 2 door, non-SAS Outerbanks?

They are still a 32ā€ tire, just wider. But yes non sas OBX. But there are many threads on here with people running 34ā€ tires on non sas and say there is no rubbing or other issues. So I’m sure from what others say that you’ll be fine even with a 33. Personally I wanted to stay as close to stock...

  7. Tire recommendation for 2 door, non-SAS Outerbanks?

I run 275/65r18 Toyo Open Country ATIII. Same diameter, almost an inch wider, only about 1.5lbs heavier, more aggressive tread with sidewall. Perform great on/off road.

Ya i think the outer green ring is provided for quick reference to live mpg, making it easier to see where it’s at rather than counting inner tick marks while driving. Just my $.02

I would probably go with matching grille color….
  12. UPDATE! Vehicle Vibration at 70+MPH

I would try swapping fronts to rears and see if it changes might help tell if it’s a wheel problem vs mechanical. Had this same type of issue on F-250. Noticed it shortly after tires replaced, felt different than normal. Kept having them rebalanced probably 3 times until the road road force...
  13. Speaker Filters, Blockers

Bought 4 connectors from eBay seller making them, 3 were good only 1 was backwards. I did continuity check(I thought)after wiring them all but still don’t know how I missed it. I chalked it up to ā€œheadspace and timingā€ā€¦.šŸ¤£šŸ˜‚
  14. Need to cover / block off A pillar vent

No I’m not sure. That’s why I said ā€œnot sure if it pops out, I’ve never tried….ā€ EDIT—— Sorry if I was misleading, actual quote was ā€œI’ve never tried to remove it, but if it just pops out like I imagine it should….ā€ šŸ‘šŸ¼

Welcome to the family!!! Nice ride San Diegan…..Learn something new on here every day.
  16. Need to cover / block off A pillar vent

True, but you’ll still need to seal the edges with something. Closed cell will do it all in one step. Course I guess that would give a person a reason to buy a 3D printer. Does everybody own a 3D printer now days?
  17. Need to cover / block off A pillar vent

I’ve never tried to remove but if it just pops out like I would imagine it should, cut a piece of 1/4ā€ adhesive backed Black closed cell foam in the back of it and reinstall it. That’s probably easiest and soundest I would do…?? Don’t see why it wouldn’t work.
  18. What is this thing? [RESOLVED]

    Front license plate bracket
  19. Warranty Nightmare (Advice needed)

Hopefully you didn’t lose your patience with service advisor, after being in limbo and getting the run around for 8 months, and said some not so nice things to him, so he decided to change his mind and be an A**. If it ends up not being covered by warranty, I’m sure you could find a machine shop...
  20. Oil Change with Most Predictable Results

I’m an old guy that’s why I started taking my vehicles to dealer for service. Also like you said everything is recorded at dealer now CYA in case warranty problems ever arise. Too much time and hassle anymore, way more convenient to get it done at dealer.
