    True. My 2012 Rubicon never took a chip. My 2015 Rubicon got blasted. I think speed plays into it, also. I'm doing 80+ on my daily commute. My Bronco windshield is cracked and has two chips. Not replacing it any time soon.

    Yes. 1". I haven't taken pics, as I have not adjusted camber after the lift. The sidewall of my 285 tires poke out, but the tread is right to the edge of my non-Sas fenders. A 315 would expose about 15mm of tread, assuming the Sas fenders are an inch wider, and assuming the GY's tread is...

    Almost always. The Titan spacers are $100 less than the other popular brands I've seen here. They are hub centric and fit perfectly. Saved $100 by going with SVC perch, also.

    Same offset you have now. You will loose 1/4" of clearance to the inside. Should only be a problem if you want to run a wider tire.
