Adding more un-sprung weight won't increase durability. For that you may consider doing a SAS with hydro steering.

That could be the case. The windshield frame is tied into the rollbar. Securing the load properly would tie the front rack into the rear rack. Is the rear rack so rigid? There is a lot of flex in the body and the MIC top. If the windshield frame is so week, I would think a full rack would...
I like the added anchor points on that one. Glad to know you don't have any additional wind noise. Now I just need to find a crossbar for the windshield. I have seen a lightbar that has a hoop around the lights that may work, but I wasn't planning to add lights up there.
