  1. Another E85 Question (2.7L)

Only modification you need is a custom tune. Yes, E85 will decrease your MPG. Mine gets roughly 2 mpg less on E85 compared to 93, YMMV. No issues at all for me, I’ve been running it most of the time for the last 2 years
  2. 2025 2.3L Ford Performance Tune

Yes. Just plug it in, go to programming and there should be a selection that says something like return to stock calibration.
  3. Seeing is Believing - How the Ford Bronco Is Made

The person was simply installing the wheels and then the lug nuts, not tightening them. There’s a calibrated machine shown in the video that torques them after they’re installed.
  4. Excessive paint wear on tailgate

Basically just a strip of clear mylar tape on the top edge of the tailgate
  5. Ford Recall 26S30 -- Loose Front Seat Bolts in 2024-2026 Bronco

I don’t think the PCM update for 26P04 can be done OTA
  6. New recall (26V236)? POSSIBLE THAT THE TRANSMISSION OUTPUT SHAFT SPLINES OR TRANSFER CASE INPUT SHAFT SPLINES HAVE BECOME WORN OR DAMAGED

You can try and grease the slip joint in the middle of the shaft. You’ll need to find some new clamps after you remove the old ones though since ford doesn’t sell them separately. That being said, it will only last so long and you’ll likely need to do it again. The best option is probably just...
  7. AC air is not very cold

Thanks, and same! I got to ride an F4 one time and it was a lot of fun, I’ve always had a soft spot in my heart for those!
  8. AC air is not very cold

That doesn’t make any sense. The compressor won’t operate unless the ambient temperature is over 35-36 degrees. Even if it was above that in winter, running it doesn’t magically make it continue to work like it’s supposed to. It should just do that whenever you need it.
  9. AC air is not very cold

Yeah Ford’s are a bit different than most other manufacturers. With an ambient temp that low, 67 would blow warm air because it’s well above ambient.
  10. New recall (26V236)? POSSIBLE THAT THE TRANSMISSION OUTPUT SHAFT SPLINES OR TRANSFER CASE INPUT SHAFT SPLINES HAVE BECOME WORN OR DAMAGED

I would agree with your dealer. I’m not sure how this would have anything to do with the recall. It’s for the shaft between the transmission/transfer case. Looks like your rzeppa joint boot probably got torn/damaged from an extreme angle (common on broncos with a lift) and then the friction may...
  11. Diff Drop and Ford Performance CV Axles Install

Because they’re two different kits made by two different companies 🤷‍♂️ IMO the broken innovation kit is much better, and made by a forum member
  12. Excessive paint wear on tailgate

There’s a TSB for the paint wear on the top edge. It’s due to an accumulation of dirt between the rear window seal and tailgate.
  13. Diff Drop and Ford Performance CV Axles Install

That’s probably because you have the dobinsons kit.. not the broken innovation one shown in this video.
  14. AC air is not very cold

Not saying there isn’t something wrong here, but there’s a lot more that goes into the A/C operation than just the temperature dial. Ambient and interior temperatures/humidity play a huge part in how the HVAC operates and what the outlet temperature will be. A/C should be checked when using...
  15. "Stock" (Prototype?) Bronco Takes on NORRA Mexican 1000 and shows suspension & body changes

I really don't see the relivance of any of that to my original comment, but okay. Me agreeing with Ford on some things, but not on others is me being a hypocrite...? lol Sounds like you have some deeper issues going on here. I hope you get the help you need brother.
  16. "Stock" (Prototype?) Bronco Takes on NORRA Mexican 1000 and shows suspension & body changes

I mean clearly you give a fuck lol Nobody ever said I know all, but that's very nice of you to say. I simply pointed out the fact that the pictures you posted likely aren't a 2.3, for very obvious reasons. Crazy (and absolutely hilarious) how touchy you get when someone disagrees with you. All...
  17. Ford ProCal problems?

They are. Or at least I can see them on the Ford site. https://www.ford.com/product/bronco-23l-ecoboost-performance-calibration-p2918176653?fmccmp=marketplace-gs-cta-accessories
  18. "Stock" (Prototype?) Bronco Takes on NORRA Mexican 1000 and shows suspension & body changes

It has nothing to do with the service manual, just common sense. There are no OEM parts (specifically the coolant hoses that go to the transmission cooler in this case) that are interchangeable between the 2.3 and 2.7. Using OEM parts wont accomplish anything. Will the transmission lines from a...
