    Even using the VIN, they still have to select the correct trim. The alignment machine wont do that on its own.

    E85 doesn't reduce horsepower, it increases it if anything. Also like mentioned by @Brian_B, if the vehicle is not flex fuel from the factory (like the Bronco is not), the PCM cannot handle it.

    Not much, if at all, with a 2.3/7MT. You’re gonna need a different vehicle. Or at least a 2.7 with some decent modifications.
