We are a Ford family so we have lots of Fords and all of my keypads have always been on the driverās door. Iāve never had an issue with any of them. On one of my Broncos I decided to put it inside the fuel door. I hated it there, so I took the old hairdryer out and relocated it to the driverās door.
It definitely makes a huge difference, but it in no way compares to the 2.7. I have both and I love both but the 2.7 would pull a wheelie if you could get enough traction. The 2.3 would not.
I have a 2023 Badlands Sasquatch with all the bells and whistles and I love it. Itās a 2.7 with the automatic. Itās a monster. I also have a 7 speed 2025 Badlands without Sasquatch that I installed the Eibach suspension system on. I love that as well. I have it raised up about an inch higher...
I have load range E tires so I always keep mine down around 32 pounds and usually donāt have an issue until they get down to around 30 as the temperature gets colder.
Put 40 pounds in all four tires and drive it a while and see if it goes away. If it does, put the tires back down to where you like it and you should be good if thereās no issue.
I have the tune on my 2.7 and it recommends a minimum of 91 octane. I usually run 93 but I donāt think the difference would be noticeable unless you put it on an dyno and even then I canāt imagine it would make more than a couple horsepower difference.
We have a Maverick in the new color at the Ford dealer and I agree that it looks a little more orange because the cyber always reminded me of school bus yellow.
Iām working with Panda and they also saw that it should be available today but they havenāt seen anything that indicates itās actually ready to ship at this time.
You never start at sticker. You start at invoice and ask for discounts. Even with no rebates if they sell you a vehicle at invoice theyāre still making good money because of the dealer hold back they receive from Ford Motor Company. High volume dealerships make money all day long at invoice...
We still drive our 1983 V8 swapped Ranger, our 1994 F250, our 2018 Mustang GT, our 2019 F150, and our 2025 Explorer. The Explorer and F150 are our dailies and some get driven more than others. Yeah, we have a problemā¦
He wants the sound. The V6 sounds like dog crap compared to a V8 as well. I have the 2.7 and the 5.0 in trucks and even though the 2.7 will absolutely destroy the 5.0 from a performance standpoint, I still love the sound of the V8.
Even though a celebrity owns one, Iām still going to keep mine. Normally, I would never do anything that a celebrity does, but I really like my bronco.
