  1. 37” tire rubbing modifications

Great pics thanks ! I’ll be cutting the crash bars this weekend. Your Truck looks rad with the fenders … that’s quite the project. Did you completely remove the plastic block that is behind the liner on the back side of the wheel well ?
  2. 37” tire rubbing modifications

Actually the stock +30 SAS wheel for 315s has well over 5ā€ of backspace. A 0 offset 9ā€ wheel has 5ā€ backspace. That being said a highly negative wheel might not rub as much on the crash bar mount … but that’s easily trimmed off. And I didn’t want a bunch of poke past the flare.
  3. 37” tire rubbing modifications

Cut out the metal piece that was behind the rear wheel fender liner. Problem solved with rubbing the liner.
  4. 37” tire rubbing modifications

Oh whoops. Thought he was talking about the ā€œbig tireā€ spare mount šŸ˜‚
  5. 37” tire rubbing modifications

No I don’t have the newest gen Raptor, And I haven’t driven one yet. Haha , yea that looks like my truck, but we have our own shop with a 2 post car lift. My son and I do all of our work on our trucks. Funny that they don’t show what a pain in the ass it is having to cut off the trailing arm...
  6. 37” tire rubbing modifications

No, just got all my stuff from them. I like the ride of the foxes on the Bronco on the street just fine, I might even dial up the high speed compression a bit …. but then I also never liked the stock feel of foxes on any of my Raptors so I put different front and rear spring’s on those to lift...
  7. 37” tire rubbing modifications

Trimmed the bottom of the rear wheel liner. That thing stuck out almost an inch beyond the metal it covers. I’ll trim that metal piece off tomorrow.
  8. Towing - 7 Pin harness options

Perfect. Where did you get the plug ?
  9. Exploring off-the-shelf tie rod upgrades

I actually think he mostly did in the tie rod a few logs back when you kept pushing the fully locked front end into the log.
  10. Exploring off-the-shelf tie rod upgrades

Thanks for all the work figuring the tie rod out, really appreciate it. I have two spare Ranger inners and the JKS sleeves. Not going to spend a ton on band-aids. And in the mean time while we all wait for a proper fix I’ll just try to be smart when wheeling. And believe it or not … it’s...
  11. 37” tire rubbing modifications

Awesome. Thanks for the tips and pics. Exactly why I started this thread šŸ‘šŸ¼ I am ordering one today.
  12. 37” tire rubbing modifications

Ok, thanks .... I think Looks like you’re running KM3’s ? If so those are a good choice to prevent rubbing, as they measure less than 37ā€ Not even interested in debating your UCA comment lol And as a friend of mine says that races KOH ... he can make anything rub with enough speed šŸ˜‰
  13. 37” tire rubbing modifications

Nice ! Well since you did the clearance kit to delete the crash bar mount youā€˜re probably good with whatever offset you like. I knew that a neg offset wheel would help, but I didn’t want too much poke. Post pics of the clearance kit for us.
  14. 37” tire rubbing modifications

Interesting … totally gets rid of that useless big chunk of metal in the wheel well. I like it. !
  15. 37” tire rubbing modifications

I agree … other with than with options that I probably wouldn’t choose for wheeling.
  16. 37” tire rubbing modifications

I have 9ā€ wheels … but doubt that changes much, still phat šŸ˜‚ Most people I see with this tire that know what they’re doing run a moderate negative wheel offset, like -12 . I just didn’t want the extra poke. If I can’t solve everything with some cutting I’ll change the wheel.
  17. Who put 37s on their Sasquatch no lift?

Meant no hostility towards you or your tire choice. Just clarifying for others. And again, my original post said ā€œ when locked AND flexedā€
  18. Who put 37s on their Sasquatch no lift?

Easy Trigger … Not angry at all lol. So they actually will rub, when fully flexed out … which was my original point. And I’m running Nitto Trail Grapplers, which measure a bit taller and wider than 37x12.5, so I know my setup is different and will have more issues.
