  1. Badlands as Daily Driver?

I'm a huge Kia Soul fan, despite the hamster commercials of yesteryear. I love getting one as a rental, the latest iteration is very well equipped for such an inexpensive vehicle.
  2. New Height Adjustable Bilstein 6100 Series Shock Absorbers Installed on 2021 Bronco

Got all excited about these till I saw that even at the lowest setting they're still 3/4" taller than the stock sas bilsteins. Probably a non-issue for most, but I'd be trading MIC top with the parking garage beams at work if I gain any height.
  3. Replacing factory bumper with modular bumper

Is it a difference in diameter of the part that goes through the grommet, or is it behind at the clip interface?
  4. Replacing factory bumper with modular bumper

Will find out soon enough, I had to order the sensor grommets (M2DZ-15A862-MA through -MD) since the previous owner retained his to put on his new bumper. Hopefully have everything in hand before this weekend.
  5. Mabett Transmission Guard Plate Coming Soon

@Mabett did this project ever go anywhere?
  6. Replacing factory bumper with modular bumper

https://bronco6g.com/forum/threads/mod-bumper-part-numbers-pricing.21463/#post-1267781 This was a help in establishing a list for myself
  7. Long Trip without Top - Would you or Would you Not

Even if I didn't live in the afternoon popup thunderstorm capital of Texas, that would be way too long in the turbulence and noise of topless driving for me.
  8. Bronco + Your Daily Driver

Kept my 2016 M235i. Paid off, cheap (for a BMW anyways) insurance, and 32ish mpg on the highway.
  9. BFG Trail Terrains or Michelin Defenders?

Far as I'm concerned, the Michelin Defenders (and previous iterations of the LTX line) have been and still are the gold standard for a truck/SUV highway tire. I hit the six digit mileage mark on a set on my old pickup and put a new set on a Navigator a few months back. Great traction wet and...
  10. Texas Factory Skid Plates For Sale

Figure it is a long shot since your last update in May, but is the front plate still available?
  11. Changed out standard bumper for Heavy-Duty Modular Bumper.

Glad I could catch you just in time 😬
  12. Changed out standard bumper for Heavy-Duty Modular Bumper.

Don't know if you've addressed this since June, but if you're referring to the six each bolts that actually attach the bumper to the frame, you can reuse them as they're identical between the two types.
  13. Part number for little blue interior panel clips

Quick bump, still haven't found the part number for these
  14. 20 mpg in a Wildtrak

I've been keeping tabs on the actual fuel consumption numbers around Houston, and I'm right at 17.4 mpg average over the last ten fuel-ups. The on-board mileage calculator hovers around 19. EDIT: All on 93 octane, since my local gas station doesn't mark up the higher grades too badly
  15. 2023 Bronco Heritage Edition Revealed! 1,966 Heritage Limited Edition (Badlands) Units to be Produced. Unlimited (Big Bend) Heritage Editions

If they can't be bothered to make anything other than a zero offset version, I'm glad someone else is going to fill in that market. Just wouldn't have bet it would be FMC!
  16. 2023 Bronco Heritage Edition Revealed! 1,966 Heritage Limited Edition (Badlands) Units to be Produced. Unlimited (Big Bend) Heritage Editions

I do like the brown seats, not-quite-round fender flares and the faux-steel wheels (without the painted lip, like on the red one), which is good, cause the rest really looks like someone with too much money and too little taste went a little nuts at a vinyl decal place. Just because the old...
  17. Availability of HOSS 3.0 parts

I don't doubt this will change (hopefully sooner rather than later, but who knows these days), but at the moment, to my knowledge if you want more capable shocks without going to full coilovers and the baked-in ride height increase that comes with them, there are only two options, the Icon EXPs...
  18. Random Accessories

I sure did, can get some pictures when I get back to the states next week if you want.
  19. How long do you plan to own your new Bronco?

Hate to add to the "forever" cliché, but I love it and am not really looking forward to anything else coming out. Couldn't care less about hybrid/battery options. Maybe I'll get another one if they ever announce they're phasing out non-hybrid gas engine options.
