One option, if you have a decent sized nearby dealership who has been sprucing up ordered vehicles that customers have walked away from with lifts/wheels/tires/bumpers/lights before putting them on the lot (a regular practice around here at least), is to see if they have any take-offs they'd be...
Seeing how some people have gotten their vehicles two days after production and others have gotten theirs close to two months after the fact with no QC/chip holds involved, I put about as much stock in EDDs as I do the daily horoscope!
Not sure if you've seen this, but apparently the cover from the F150 version of the 2.7L can be installed, the block is already tapped for the studs to mount it, just need the cover, two studs and two nuts. Pics and part numbers here...
I have been disappointed in RC quality in general, and the examples that forum members have purchased and shown on here have done nothing but reinforce that
It's the reservation number only tracker:

Just put your eight digit reservation number after the "=", should see something like this
Only works if you had a reservation originally, walk-in orders won't be able to use it
I had better luck with the phone than the chat, the lady on the phone was quite nice and told me I had a VIN but no build date back in early Feb. When I saw a build week appear in the backdoor tracker I tried the online chat to verify it and they would not give me any information.
Aside from an order confirmation email I have received zero communication (from Ford or the dealership) regarding the status.
If it wasn't for the phone line and the 'backdoor tracker', I would not have had any indication that I was assigned a VIN and then later a build week for April.
Watching this for later, would love to swap out to the mod bumper down the line at some point (got my VIN so a little late to option it now), will try and collect parts from take-offs as people go to aftermarket bumpers.
ETA: @arniej92 just realized y'all are right down the road from me, I may...
