The supplier just installed Amber Nichia LED’s on the board instead of white ones. There’s nothing technically marvelous about the headlight it’s otherwise exactly the same. The same thing goes on with the F-150 headlights.

I think there’s a speedo calculator around here that tells you how to get it dialed exactly. You use GPS and you can input the gps speed and your Speedo reading and it’ll spit out the correction. Unless I was drunk but I’m pretty sure it exists.

Agreed that it sounds more like a faulty pickup (bent during install or not torqued etc) than anything causing it to cavitate in extreme cases. Unfortunate but doesn’t seem like anything but a very specific fluke.

If the headlights are not actually on when they’re in auto (not dark out) you won’t be able to turn on the fog lights by hitting the button.

You're more than likely going to have the wrong one. But you can check by reading the stamped engineering number on the dipstick when you pull it out to check the level. You don't even have to get past the first letter, if it's F you have the wrong one.
