:giggle: I'm on my 5th F series. Current one is a 2000 F450 with pick up conversion and full air bag suspension, with 72 gal fuel and manual, and 56k original miles. Awesome truck. I've had quite a few Fords, and imports, the only Chevy I've ever owned was a '56 Bel Air.

I might try it. Have to explore options before spending 2 grand on the Rock Slide Engineering steps (that there is some evidence they have some reliability issues). My wife getting in and out is my biggest single issue when considering model and aftermarket options.

Has been discussed numerous times around here. Some dealers are trying it. Most results are the dealer caving after the buyer sticks to his guns about the previously agreed price. Some have had to go up the chain of command to talk to the dealer or general manager.
