  1. Rainy Northwest day color pictures (Cactus Gray & Rapid Red on SPORT)

Some pictures of the sport with Cactus Grey and Picture of Rapid red. Interior of the Badlands with Leather was pretty nice. I could'nt really see any Green in it myself, though my wife thought a slight tinge.
  2. 9 NEW Broncos @ factory by Ford Stig! Bronco-palooza ???

Not sure about the color, but the base is such a good deal, and I rather like it. Something just seems right about it. However, wife insists I wont be happy long term and to get a higher trim. I keep thinking base, Soft 8's, then move up to 32/33's when original tires wear out. By then...
  3. 2 door vs. 4 door

Cooler looking (subjective) vs more practical (subjective). I would just go by looks. In your position, I would get two door. Easier parking, looks more classic (if you like that). What's more important, fun or practicality. I went practicality last time, this time I am going fun. Good luck...
  4. Bronco Wave?

I have to say, your posts at least make me laugh when I read them. Question is, how can you tell the ones who modded it, but then only drove it on the pavement?
  5. How long will you keep your Bronco?

Never driven a car longer than 7 years, but Im retiring and have waited for this for a long time. Unless gas goes through the roof, as previously mentioned, 10 plus years for me.
  6. Cloth seats experience?

That's a hard one. I had a Honda Element, with the rubber floors (washout capable, no drain) I never did that once. I think nice floor mats like I see on the B&P, or other weather type mats are actually easier to use for cleaning up the rig. I do have some some fade, but apart from that, the...
  7. Cloth seats experience?

I like my cloth seats, and never have had the issues everyone talks about. They can stain, I have a couple stains on the drivers side, but its 7 years old. My wife's leather is cracking on her Lexus, and its 7 years old. Personally, I think cloth seats are the most comfortable both for temp and...
  8. Ford finally got me....

Never wanted the manual. Been there done that, don't want to anymore.
  9. Prepare for regular Windshield replacements

They are upright, but I have only had to replace mine 3 times in 7+ years. We don't get snow often, so we don't have a lot of gravel on the roads. I have had to repair chips almost every year, but the kits are easy to use. Now my Honda Element, that went through windshields!
  10. Aftermarket manufacturers, can you make trail light, fog light set up for the removable portion of the modular bumper?

So the light switch will remain the same, with no functionality for fog lights with modular bumper, but the connections will remain, and then these will just plug and play? Hmmm, glad I read this thread.
  11. Base Model Bronco Thread

Its easy to use. If you want to peel it off, go thick. If its too thin, its a painful to remove, been there done that, wife told me I was an idiot. On wheels its easy to go thick, holds up well, my JKU wheels just starting to come off in couple spots, 4th year for the wheels. That being...
  12. 9 NEW Broncos @ factory by Ford Stig! Bronco-palooza ???

Man, I cant believe how good the OBX looks to me Squatched. Then I could get the interior I like.
  13. Cyber Orange Paint Thread

My Mustang with "Got To Have It Green" is a tri coat. Prettiest car I have ever had, and by far the most complimented car I have ever had. Fairly flat green looking to today in the rain, but in the sun she shines.
  14. 2-Door Badlands Looks Great, but......

I think the Badlands stance (honestly any of the non SAS's) look fine. I mean the Sasquatch package looks really cool, but unless you are actually next to one, your rig will look plenty big. If it bothers you that some Bronco's and Jeeps may be taller, well you have to decide if that is worth...
  15. What Trim to go with?

OBX. Skip the washout floors, get the nice mats they have. I am getting the Black Diamond (honestly because the lowest trim with Cyber Orange), but I doubt I will ever make use of the washout floor boards. I had a Honda Element way back then, and honestly, it really doesn't come into play...
  16. Update from Ford: reservation timestamp determines production priority & FordPass points loyalty gift

Like it or not, any business will serve their larger customers first. They just have to, to survive. I require X units of variable builds for my business, but some much larger businesses also needs Y units, but Y is much larger than X. The supplier cannot afford to lose a customer, who orders...
  17. Rock lights. Worth it getting installed from factory?

I want them to look cool. I don't give a crap whether I'm looking cool at the mall or the trail. I mean who on here isn't getting their Bronco because they want to look cool?
  18. Base Model Bronco Thread

I think my wife is at her breaking point on Bronco talk. She finally asked me why I was screwing around with these builds, buy the Wildtrack and be done she said. Trouble is, the long gone 30 year old in me would have bought the base and not even thought about looking at the top trims, even...
  19. Carbonized Gray Paint Thread

Darn it's too light for me. I just told my wife, the grey I want is the color of our mixer. We need Kitchen Aid Grey.
