  1. Crashed Mine... 45mph T-Bone [Updated w/ Photos]

Since the pandemic shut everything down I've now noticed more people willing to run a red light. I now treat interactions like I do with my motorcycle. I never am the first one to go without looking both ways first. Then I'll go. I'm so sorry for your injury. I'm glad you are alive. Air...
  2. Lowest tire pressure you are willing to run offroad (without bead locks)

I was down as low as 10 psi at my last summer offroad which was mostly just trails and big elevation changes. No big obstacles other than some boulders all pushed together. It just kept things nice and comfortable. It's finally snowing in Minnesota, and hunting season is done, so I can get...
  3. Injen Charge Pipes installed on 2.7 with Injen CAI

I'm not a fan of that surface coating being where you are clamping the boots on. It's more likey to hold oil, it's harder to clean, and I'd be curious how much pressure it can take without leaking there. Also, the material change means you may need to invest in new clamps. The tubes will...
  4. My Bronco T-boned broadsided by a Pathfinder at 50 mph. Walked away with small scrape on arm

The high-strength steel that they use in vehicles today, and I know Ford uses a lot of it, is simply amazing at how strong it actually is for its thickness. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/2021-bronco-will-be-first-in-world-to-use-fortiform-980-gi-grade-steel.6706/
  5. Looking for kill switch. Two Ram TRX's stolen in my neighborhood in the last week!

Generally, it should be easiest to create something that impacts the fuel pump operation. I would think a switch mounted in the well in the back of the bronco. Even better if you have that locking compartment and the switch is in there.
  6. Okay, let's see them. Your favorite picture for 2023!

    Wheeling with my grandkids.
  7. Dealer drilled holes on grill - Gutted!

That's where Ford told dealers to put the plates. I told my dealer to not put the front plate on and they didn't. I installed a BuiltRite license plate mount. They have one for the modular steel and capable bumper and plastic bumper.
  8. Weird hardtop issue

Hmm, that looks too localized to be any type of natural or typical heat source available to the public. It seems more likely some chemical reaction, possibly due to a problem at the factory during the manufacture of the top, or in transportation. Also that it affect two panels and there is a...
  9. New Product Release: Fuse Box Cover with Wire Pass-Through

Ok, but I noticed in photos on your site that it assumes the wires will seal on their underside. Did you do water intrusion tests? Does that gasket seal where wires are not going through?
  10. New Product Release: Fuse Box Cover with Wire Pass-Through

I really don't see how this is resisting water intrusion. There doesn't appear to be a gasket or anything preventing water from entering. I feel that would be required in that position.
  11. Best audio upgrades for better quality phone calls?

I'll have to do some tests. I so far have had anyone complain and I've even taken calls with the roof off and driving down the highway at 75 mph. It's been harder for me to hear them than them hear me. but maybe they just are being nice so I'll have to do a test with my son or wife.
  12. 4H/Slippery on Highway

I think it was a Corolla.
  13. 4H/Slippery on Highway

I mostly drove rear-wheel drive cars. And if I wanted to turn and slow down on snow, rear-wheel drive was always better. Getting started at a stop sign that has snow on it is always better. Front wheel drive is better. But keeping control when braking, I always favor rear-wheel drive. With...
  14. Rear door twisting

2022 2 Door Sasquatch. I've been bouncing around off-road this summer and just took a look. I don't have a problem. Are the various bumpers used to tension the non-hinged side out of adjustment on yours?
  15. Speaker pods... IAG vs Mabett vs SSV vs ?

We know for a fact the factory amp doesn't have enough power to push even the stock speakers with clean power at a high level. Maybe time to add a better amp?
  16. Busted front axle on my 2021 4X4 6 speed Black Diamond. Not recall list yet!

It's amazing how people can put a new sticker on their car and have the most amazing photos. Then someone has an issue and the photos look like they came out of a potato. No shade, just commenting on the reality. looks like the ball joint for the lower control arm pulled out of something. Did...
  17. Speaker pods... IAG vs Mabett vs SSV vs ?

Did you use Forscan to tell the bronco amp that there were full range speakers back there? By default the bronco amp will filter out the low frequencies to those pods. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/forscan-rear-speaker-eq-findings.54999/
  18. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

I would need to make a 1 - 2" ramp to lay on to be able to reach the filter on mine. 35's plus the sasquatch lift means I don't have to jack it up to drain the oil, but I'm going to need a few more inches of reach to get to the filter. Or I suppose a hydraulic lift or pit would make it easier.
  19. Unclear what "standard" features are in all models

Ford is weird in how they describe things. Yes, Ford Co-Pilot360 is STANDARD for all Broncos. The capability of Ford Co-Pilot360 is different. For the MID+ package they say the following: notice the difference? They are essentially very long SKU ID's. One includes BLIS, Cross-Traffic Alert...
