  1. Bronco delivered to dealership missing Sasquatch

It looks like your order has everything but the gears, shocks, and wheels. You got most of the value from the Sasquatch, and it's easy to get the lift these days. If it was a manual I'd be pissed about the gears, but with the Auto, it won't matter that much. To be honest, your dealer failed...
  2. Bronco Gets Stuck In Sand and Recovered

Bummer, but yeah, didn't air down and got into a situation that didn't work. The airing down would have helped when trying too climb the hill with the winch and may have helped them avoid from getting stuck in the first place. But once they were stuck, they wouldn't get out of that alone...
  3. THIS is why I got a Bronco 🐾 ❄️

you should put in the description of your video all the links to your gear, and where possible use affiliate links so you can get a little piece of it. Thanks for sharing.
  4. UPDATE: Engine Being Replaced AGAIN [Clicking noise in replacement 2.7 engine]

I wouldn't run it anymore and have it towed to the dealer. the frequency isn't an accessory on the engine, its something in the engine.
  5. BROKEN FRONT AXLE having fun in the snow

Snapped CV joint. It's fair to call it a broken axle, but I would save that claim unless the shaft was broken. Do you have a sense of when it snapped? i.e. were you high-centered on the snow with full suspension droop? Or were you dropping down off of something going into suspension compression?
  6. Bash Plates are Plastic on my OBX 2023 (UPDATE) OBX is a MISBUILD. Well this is good news. My dealership got me all new bash plates and installed

I think we are getting confused by the constant plural usage. You say they, but there is only one skid plate on a 4-door bronco, and 2 on a 2-door bronco. If you have the HD Modular bumper then you should automatically get a metal skid plate which is what appears on your invoice.
  7. Whipple Intercooler installation 2022 Bronco Wildtrak

The main benefit from a modification like this is improved volumetric efficiency which will improve performance across the entire power range. This will also increase the time you have before the intercooler will become heat-soaked and performance reduces. i.e. if before you found the bronco...
  8. Park Aid Fault

Have you tried to disconnect the battery to reset the whole system?
  9. What's the consensus on tie rod issues for MY 22.5 and newer?

They are not different, there is not a problem with tie rod ends with stock suspension and wheels/tires. If you lift your vehicle, you must always be mindful of tie rod angles, even on a jeep. The one unique issue with the bronco for lifted vehicles is that excess tie rod angle can put...
  10. Manual transmission vs shorter driver

My wife who is 5'3" was able to find a seating position that she was able to see and steer and shift without a problem.
  11. Base - Only one rear tow hook?

That's not a strong thing either and should be considered only for winching and not kinetic work.
  12. Sasquatch Bronco Rear Axle Seal Leak

We have a DANA 44 rear axle. Here is a video that walks through the replacement. It appears the bearing is pressed onto the axle. So maybe the dealer is just replacing the axle because it's cheaper than the labor to remove the bearing retainer, bearing, race, and seal.
  13. Lazarus the Bronco. Extreme safety issue

That should have been caught during dealer pre-delivery, so you might want to have a conversation with your dealer. Not that they would care, but letting them know still lets them know they have a problem.
  14. Sasquatch Bronco Rear Axle Seal Leak

The seal protects the bearing. The race is pressed onto the axle and the bearing is pressed into the housing. (or the other way, depends on manufacturer) Once the seal fails, the oil has to leak out. How long has the oil been leaking is the key. Once the oil falls below a certain level the...
  15. Intermittent loss of power

Vacuum leak. Some hoses under the hood came disconnected in front of the turbo (overly lean condition), or related to the blow-off valve(intermittently losses power).
  16. Sasquatch Bronco Rear Axle Seal Leak

I'm curious why they assume they need a new axle shaft. Did they already pull it apart and find excessive wear on the shaft? I want evidence of that, as they might be milking the job.
  17. Lazarus the Bronco. Extreme safety issue

Just to clarify, first of all, this can happen in any vehicle at any time. What you described sounds like a loose battery ground or another cable. People honking at you, and being impatient can go pound sand if you have a problem. If safe to do, you would have wanted to get out of your vehicle...
  18. Dealing With Feedback on GMRS??

The LEDs use pulse with modulation to illuminate them. Put some Ferrite Core chokes on the power wire close to the LED and your compressor, which should help. They should go on the power line to the lights as close to the light as possible.
  19. Into the Hell's Gate bath tub in my new Bronco @ Moab Utah

I'm not planning on doing any upgrades like that for a few years (I plan to get all the life out of these Goodyears I paid for). But I'm sure if I do, a bunch of suspension stuff would come along. I may do 37s first with the stock SAS suspension and just do a body lift plus some clearancing.
  20. Into the Hell's Gate bath tub in my new Bronco @ Moab Utah

I've decided if I go 40's I'll update the driveline due to the strength concerns. I think 37's would be the biggest I would do on stock systems. And that would be plenty for many things. A quick little bit of research looks that I would want the following. Dana Ultimate 44 front drive unit...
